I called to express my concerns and, when I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with so I could report the issue to corporate, they abruptly hung up on me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from a franchise and a corporate entity. I'm hoping corporate will reach out to provide a reasonable explanation for such poor service. I don't typically leave reviews, and to be honest, this is my very first one. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time, so I’m shocked by how bad the customer service was, especially considering my experience working in the industry for years. After so many errors, customers deserve to know what they are up against.
If you manage to receive your food, you can expect it to be a huge letdown. It's hard to believe Arrooga's has closed while this disappointing establishment continues to operate with under 3 stars. I strongly advise against ordering from this place.
The customer service was nonexistent, and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. However, the wings are delicious. The lemon pepper wet wings are typically fresh.
I placed an online order for the wing day promotion. The online system allowed me to choose lemon boneless wings. Upon picking up the order i called and spoke to Tracey who was rude and unhelpful. Her intent was to explain that only classics were beinggiven out as i tried to explain that the online system allowed me to make a choice. She then stated they took the system down tocorrect it which did not help my issue. If she doesn't know how to communicate and speak with customers, she should not beanswering the phone. Furthermore i just attempted a new order and the option for boneless is still available for the free wingsso now she's a LIAR as well as inept at correcting customer issues. I expect better customer-service and do not appreciate thesubpar service i received. This is not how you do business.
Get here at 9:34 for them to stay we are closed when the website says 10:30 and the restaurant is still open cashiers was sitting down very unprofessional wont eat wing stop again !!!
