East Side Mario's - Waterloo

Covid precautions were good except for our waitress who had her nose hanging out the whole time. She spoke with her manager at one point I don't know why her manager didn't remind her to wear her mask properly. Anyway, other than that food was as it's always been and we were seated in the bar area which was nice and quiet.

Service was exceptional. Disappointed that they were out of a very popular white wine!

Pasta was cold and they were out of items we requested, girl in front was not welcoming, waitress was great.

Food was delish, had the chicken parm. Huge serving, but the pasta was luke warm but still very good. The salad was good and I got extra hot peppers just like I wanted. Service was excellent, she was attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Reservations were for We got our food at We had a three year old with us that goes to bed at Waitress was lovely. Salad was almost like it use to be. Not much in the bowl though. My Americanata was delicious. Child's sliders were overdone (burnt on one side) and were not eaten. Other adult meals chicken parm) were very small portions and chicken was dry. Will not be returning. Waitress said the backlog was because a big party came in. Very poor managing. I guess we didn't matter
