Starbucks - Waterloo

This situation is great! I just had to stay in there to drink a drink again, because someone else gave me the wrong place. they were in poor over (common) and they made the right drink and it is heavenly. can I give 10 stars?

I'm not sure if this is the right dieucks, but the science teaching center has terrible customer service. barista are very unpleasant every time I go, that's a lot

Numerous critics have commented on the poor customer service at this restaurant, and they are undoubtedly correct. While I typically do not leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my disappointment with this particular experience.

When numerous reviewers said the customer service here was poor, they're surely not wrong. I'm never the person to write reviews but this experience was just beyond disappointing.

Good location with amazing staff. Avoid the peak hours.
