Subway - Waterloo

The staff (the Indian lady) just ignored my 'good-day ' greeting without an answer today. I left that shop with a bad feeling, and may not visit this shop again. Actually, I visited this shop some times, and was quite satisfied with that staff, but the attitude she showed today was very unpleasant. I wonder whether it was the reason for the NO TIP. If it 's so, then she made a really big mistake because the tip comes from a good service, which I didn 't get today. Moreover, I think as it is not a dine-in restaurant, there is no reason to give a tip. Anyway, I 'll cross out this shop from my fav places.

So I used the app, it glitched out. Took my payment for an order at this location but did not place my order. I I called to resolve it and ofdered to provide proof of the payment was told to go online and file a complaint about the app. Which I have done. I asked for a supervisor or shift leader or manager and the representative hung up on me. As such this location has lost my business forever.

Akshat and bhumit were very patient,courteous and prepared excellent subs. Keep up the good work guys.

Take out order, not real busy at the time so placing order was quick and sub's were very good. No specials available at this time
