Big Tom's Snack Shack And Ocean Tours

Food was delicious. Had the cod , halibut and onion rings. Fries were big ,homemade and good. A little slow but you have to allow that for good fresh food. First time ever trying deep fried Halibut and it was even better than the cod. Overall great meal, clean , great scenery and a good bang for the buck.. Will def be back with others.

Food was good. Fries were homemade! However the wait was in sane. There was one person ahead of us when we got there and we still had to wait an hour and a half for food. Alot of people came and left with food with call ins. A heads up would have been appreciated. And they had no water? I won't be driving an hour to get there to wait over an hour for my food.

Was down for a drive to bottle cove to hike and had supper here on the way home and man oh man.... I'll be making the drive down solely for that food!! Thats some of the best food I've had on the west coast thus far!!! Gotta check them out if down that way

I tried their burger and home fries and was not disappointed. The burger was juicy and flavorful, while the fries were thick cut and cooked to perfection. I would have to say that they are some of the better fries you can order on the West Coast. There's ample parking with several benches and picnic tables overlooking the beautiful Bay of Islands, the perfect spot to eat your lunch. I was very impressed with Big Tom's and will be back again.

Had there French fries. Nice big fat ones nicely cooked.
