A hidden gem! Their oven-baked pizza is incredible, and the beer selection is fantastic. You really can't go wrong whether you're stopping by for lunch, dinner, or just to grab a pizza. The cozy atmosphere and quick, friendly service make it even better. Be sure to try the pesto chicken pizza and their house-made iced tea!

This Grand Central Cafe is the only spot in Waterville where you can find authentic pizza made with healthy ingredients and a thick crust, reminiscent of how your grandmother used to make it. The pizzas are expertly baked by Elise in the oven. Plus, the waitstaff is incredibly entertaining and humorous! You definitely shouldn't miss out on this place!

We recently discovered this little gem of a restaurant, and after two visits, we’re definitely planning to return. Our son claims it’s our new Friday night pizza spot. I tried two of the vegan pizzas, and they were absolutely delicious. Our son loves the Caveman pizza. To top it off, the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to him, and the homemade carrot cake was fantastic!

This place is amazing! Mother-made soups and desserts! The world's best nachos! The pizza is from this world! And the staff is great! What else do you want? Oh and they sell OPB beer!

This place is cozy and a fun environment. Their pizza is delish! We attended their toddler class today and it was very well put together. Glad they are trying to do something for the Little kids in our community!
