I had a long day and walked in 5 minutes after the posted closing time, but I figured that I would take a shot and ask the gentleman behind the counter if they were still open. He said yes and answered my questions, recommended the potato soup (which was very good, I admit. It absolutely hit the spot. , and made me a ham and cheese sub on parmesan asiago bread, which was not my first choice, but the regular Italian bread completely sold out before I got there. Again, the sub hit the spot as well and the bread was a nice departure from the usual. I couldn't help but notice that the nice gentleman who decided with no hesitation to take my order really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. The whole experience was way above and beyond what I expected. In fact, I expected him to tell me that they were closed. I wish I had asked him his name, but the best I can do is thank him again for going the extra mile for me and personally recommend this Cousin's location. Seeing as there's two others within a few mile radius, if any underperform, it's easy and convenient enough to hit up a different one. I don't give this 5 star rating lightly or arbitrarily.
Great service. New owners have really turned this place around. Own up to mistakes when they make them and provide excellent, fast service. Great food too.
Fast service and great quality subs. This location never seems to be very busy.
Friendly staff awesome food. Highly recommend this Cousin's subs.
