The service was extremely rude. When I pointed out that there were six cars waiting for assistance and only two people working on a large coffee order, the staff member dismissed my concerns, despite there really only being one car ahead of me. The lack of staff isn't my fault. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I just came through and tried to order myself a pumpkin spice late , I asked for no whip cream and they still put whip cream in it , I asked them to remake it and they did, I went to taste it and noticed they added a shot of vanilla flavoring as well, I politely explained to them that I didn’t ask for the vanilla shot and to please make it again . I was met with attitude from the child who took my order , he said “for next the the signature late comes with vanilla “ I said “ I didn’t order the signature late I just wanted the pumpkin spice “ he then tried to continue to argue with me about my coffee. All he had to do was make the drink correctly the fist time . Instead of being helpful , he gave me attitude because I called him out TWICE because he messed up my coffee , TWICE . I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts . Maybe retrain your employees on how to treat customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly, making everyone feel welcome, including the kids who were excited to place their own orders. For our meal, we dined in and found that the prices were very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was fantastic, definitely deserving a perfect 5! The atmosphere was nice, although it could use a little improvement, so I’d rate it a 3. Overall, it was a lovely outing!

If you value clean food this isn't the place you want to go. I made a quick stop this morning for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The guy at the window handling all the money with his glove on is the same guy running to the oven to pull your sandwich out with the same glove. It's like he thinks the glove is there to protect his precious hands from getting dirty vs not getting who knows what all over everyone's food. Needless to say I threw the sandwich away and won't be going back. Bad service is one thing but bad food handling practices are unacceptable.
