Spring Garden - Waunakee

Great breakfast place. The waiting staff is always very friendly. There are often only 1-2 waiters, so you have patience. A beautiful place to have in Waunakee.

A great, if a bit hidden, breakfast and lunch spot in Waunakee. It has the same feel, and reminds me of the local family restaurants that are so common in Chicago and the suburbs, but are missing around Madison. You literally can 't go wrong when ordering. It is all excellent.

As always, quick, courteous and fantastic service. Breakfast is also a slam dunk and delicious! My two young granddaughters cleared their plates and our server was so kind to them. Thank you!

Good food at cheap prices. Very nice and polite waitresses too. Quiet atmosphere.

The food and service were excellent, but we had a disappointing experience with the cook, who was rude and unprofessional towards the staff. He made negative comments loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear and even threw a tantrum over the food tickets, giving his employees the middle finger in a childish manner. When my daughter asked the waitress if he was always this rude, she revealed that he was her father. It's upsetting to think that the staff, including the waitress, must endure this behavior from him. We visited on April 24, 2022.
