Buffalo Wild Wings - Wausau

The food is okay, but I've noticed they've become quite stingy with their sauces. They never seem to get my order right. I pay $1.50 for each sauce cup, and I'm always one short, even when it's listed on my receipt! I find myself having to go back in every time. It wouldn't be as frustrating if they didn't charge for every single cup.

I usually order the bone-in chicken wings while my wife opts for the chicken tenders. The food generally tastes great, but I've noticed that the sizes of the wings and tenders can be quite inconsistent. Occasionally, the wings are so tiny that it seems like there’s more bone than meat. Additionally, prices have risen significantly recently, and they've stopped offering the BOGO bone-in wings on Tuesdays.

I had one of the worst experiences with customer service recently. I waited for 10 minutes just to get a drink, so I decided to order food right away as well. After another 20 minutes of watching him neglect other customers, he finally came back to tell me he hadn’t placed my food order because he was only taking drink orders. Then he asked what I wanted as if that was acceptable service. I don’t understand how that bartender still has a job; he’s definitely driving customers away. As a side note, their social media team responded to me faster than the bartender did, which really highlights their priorities.

Food is great, little pricey but hey what isn 't these days. Management on the other hand, absolutely horrible, zero communication. Zero professionalism. They can 't even answer the phone properly and state their name. When I 'm calling to speakto a manager I don 't wanted to be greeted with a hello

I get the bones of chicken wings and my wife gets the chicken pliers. the food tastes in the really good, but the size of the wings and offers is inconsistent. sometimes the wings are so small that you ask yourself if there are more bones than flesh on them. the prizes are quite high here, and they do not do bogo bone wings on Tuesday.
