Easily the Worst customer service in Waxhaw. You will be better off with food and service at McDonalds. Goto HT and get better quality sandwich/sub. DO NOT spend your money at this location unless you want a horrible experience. Food wasn’t right, called spoke to a team member said come back in we will make it right. After driving back to find out they didn’t even make it. Wasted my time, money and effort by giving them a chance to resolve this situation. Only to be told by the associate that he made the order right the first time. Save your money and time by not going here -BE ADVISED!

Jersey Mike's Subs are always delicious ?! I prefer a gaint #42, Chipotle Chicken sub. Eat it all in one sitting or safe half for later. You can also place your order ahead of time, walk in, and leave with your order. Whichever sub you choose, it will be fresh and ready within seconds.

I’m almost certain the Italian sub I ate from this location gave me food poisoning. Quality at this location lacks compared to other stores of the same name.

I visited at lunchtime on a Saturday. It was very busy, but this location is fast and efficient. I got my subs. They were excellent.
