Starbucks - Waxhaw

The drinks here are terrible. After five attempts, I had to ask them to remake my caramel macchiato each time. I’m finally giving up and won't be returning. Service: Takeout Food: 1

I would not recommend this place. There are a few other Starbucks nearby that you might want to try instead. On a Sunday afternoon, when there were only two customers inside and just two cars in the drive-thru, we ended up waiting over 25 minutes for one coffee and two brownies. Despite having more than six employees present, only two were actually working. To add to the frustration, they got our order wrong and didn’t even check to see if they were packing the correct number of brownies—I had paid for two but only received one. Service: Takeout.

The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The flavors were exceptional, and everything was fresh and delicious. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a perfect 5-star rating. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. As for the atmosphere, even though I took my meal to go, I could tell the place had a nice vibe, deserving another 5 stars. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space available, and I appreciated that it was free. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for takeout! Highly recommend!
