Kfc - Wayne

I ordered online for convenience, expecting my meal to be ready in about 30 minutes. However, it ended up taking almost an hour. The service was very disappointing. This KFC used to be great, but it seems that the current management does not know how to run the restaurant effectively. I won’t be ordering from there again until there’s a change in management.

I often have issues with my orders at this restaurant. Whenever I get home and sit down to eat, something is always missing. The managers are very nice, but the rest of the staff... not so much. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this place.

The food and service were outstanding. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever visited, and I was thoroughly impressed. We just happened to stop by while passing through town, and this location should serve as a model for all restaurants—not just fast food—on how to operate. I would definitely recommend it!

We placed an order for a Christmas eve get together for the family. The food was ready to be picked up on time. Food was extremely hot and fresh. They took the extra effort to package it very professionally. We would like to personally thank all the employees for making our get together very special with grat food!!!

The chicken sandwich is excellent, but I 'm not quite sure if they were made to order as advertised.
