Want to say it's always a pleasure going to Lifetime in Mississauga! We have been going there with our kids for 2 years now and love the outdoor pool and all the wonderful amenities this gym has to offer. Staff are amazing. Want to say that especially Fiona at the front desk is the best! She is very wonderful to see when we come in and can tell she genuinely cares about us! Thanks for everything you do Fiona and to the rest of the Lifetime staff thank you for all the memories we have had so far.

I am a new member her and so far my experience has been great. Gym is clean and the equipment is always in good shape and there are lots of machines in the weight room and a lot of different classes. Gloria Becerra has been amazing with me and I have really enjoyed her as a trainer. Her charisma and good energy always makes for a great workout time no matter what mood I am in. She also pushes me to the limit and has been improving my overall fitness as a result..

Spending a day at LIFETIME is great! You enjoy the facilities of a resort but in reality it is a gym where all the staff care about your well-being. Special mention for Gloria, one of the personal trainers in the place, she is very passionate about her work and dedicates time to her clients not only to build personalized routines but to teach us and help us improve every day to have a healthier life.

His thoughtful suggestion perfectly matched my taste preferences, and I thoroughly enjoyed the shake! Omar's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a great customer experience truly stood out.
