Contribuisci feedbackI tried ordering online, but my app wasn't working. Got to the payment twice before It'd kick me out and erase all my progress. It'd say “processing payment” then it'd close the app. When I got to the shop I asked the lady at the counter about the off chance if they might've received my order, and she offered to check. It didn't go through, which is what I figured, but I really appreciated her anyways! I'd hate to have to pay for a meal three times. And they got my food to me really quick … – show
Honestly, I like the food. The employees though are completely awful. As long as you don't have to deal with them in any way, then your day will be much better. They'll probably just ignore you for a half hour anyway if you do need to interact with them and you'll wind up leaving after wasting your lunch because you just needed a cup (has happened 5+ times). I really wish their employees were a lot better. I stopped tipping specifically here because of their employees behavior
Always seem to have a horrible experience at this location. The management and trainers are not that friendly and do not appear as if they even want to work there. In addition, out of the last 10 orders we have gotten there only 1 was correct! Only 1. It is so sad as we love their food, but they cannot seem to get their act together. If they were not so close I would never go to this location again. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from it if possible.
I have a young friend I met who was working at three other St. Louis Bread Co locations when we first met. I wrote an original poem for her on Valentine's Day.
