Chili's Grill - Webster

We usually come to this location when craving Chili's. Don't go to the location on the Island, you'll regret it. The food here is usually good, but there have been several times where the food is cold and has to be sent back. We have a server that we love and provides some of the best service that we've ever had, but I can never remember her name (sorry! . But when we don't get her, the service can be very disappointing. No matter how empty the restaurant is and how many servers are standing around fiddling on their phones, you will be looking around for a refill. That's just ridiculous.

I ordered the avocado chicken sandwich. First time I ordered it through DoorDash it was AMAZING. This last time I ordered it was just a disappointment they put salad lettuce on the sandwich barley any at that and 1 PIECE OF AVOCADO ON EACH HALFS OF MY SANDWICH.

Was a wait for service and chips and salsa was good but chips were greasy! All in all was good. Bar tender makes good drinks!

I stumbled upon this restaurant with my girlfriend and her daughter while searching for a place to eat. Besides, I had some gift cards from Christmas that I needed to use. If you're a fan of chips and salsa like I am, you'll love their offerings. The chips are thin, crispy, and lightly salted, and the salsa is pretty good too, with a runny consistency and chunks of tomatoes. For my main course, I tried the Alex's Santa Fe burger, which had a nice kick to the last couple of bites—just the way I like my food! Overall, it’s a favorite spot of mine. The service was excellent, and I definitely hope to return soon.

I visited this location for the first time, and it was quite peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed their smokehouse combos, especially the street corn, which offers a delightful blend of sweetness, creaminess, and a hint of spice. The brisket quesadilla also delivers a nice kick of heat. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.
