I went in earlier today with my husband after a long day of classes in the area and the lady behind the counter wasnice enough taking his order, but when I told her I only wanted a small sandwich, she continuously questioned if I knew whatsize the small was and kept confirming it, even going as far as to hold up the size of the bread for me to see. I knew what Iwas ordering and even if I hadn't, the way she handled it came across as condescending. What that employee didn't know is thatI'm on very strong medication for a chronic illness I was recently diagnosed with and my appetite has been little to nothing forthe last month. That small sandwich is all of the food I can keep down during each mealtime. I wasn't going to explain myself toher in the middle of the store and I shouldn't have to. I was too embarrassed that I had to keep confirming I knew what a smallsandwich was. Extremely insensitive and the employees need training on how they address questions about orders with customers. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.
The young man in the store is in there by himself, And this during lunch time. If people don't show up to work I think the owner should be there. He had a great Attitude and helped me with my order.
I'm an enthusiastic firefighter customer. It was a ton of them, and that makes the poorest sandwiches. I've given them three chances since I've been close, and then disappointed every time. You just can't do it right. The quality of the sandwiches is not the same, they do not taste as good as they should. The bread is hard, sandwich is cold when it should be hot. Customer service is also not available with other locations.

I ordered the firehouse steak and cheese, but the meat didn't taste like steak at all. The sandwich was also served cold. While I was waiting, one of the employees came over with a large handful of bubbles, threw them in the air, and started playing with them while the other staff member was preparing my sandwich.
