Horrible!!!!! Sat 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Placed our order, paid for our order to then be told they were out of Chicken!! Umm what? Then the young girl manager threatened to call the cops on me because I expressed my opinion about theirservice.

Seems like every time I go to KFC it's a 20-25 minute wait in a line. Then the moment I get to the speaker to order my food, I'm told they have no chicken At least put a sign up, not a piece of paper that's soaked with the ink running so no one can read it.I think I'm all set with this location.

The restaurant has a visually appealing rotating layout, however the service in the women's restroom is lacking. Despite signs stating the restroom is checked every 30 minutes, it was not properly maintained. I decided to leave due to this issue.

I had KFC yesterday at this restaurant. It had been years since the last time I had it, and it will probably be the last. The chicken tasted good but was dry, and the biscuits were tough. Overall, it was not a good experience for me.
