I got to say that there was no service and there will be no service at any McDonald's anymore. Now that they have that little display where you can just use the touch screen in the middle there's no need for them to hire more staff hence why you get more free stuff now. You trying to make you forget that they're just firing a ton of employees because of this new touch screen technology they have so don't fall for it they're really raising their prices on everything it's freaking ridiculous now.
I went through the drive through. The drive thru was clean and presentable.
The Employees here have alot of attitude, an employee in the drivethru forgot to turn their mic off and was making rude comments about me and my order after taking it. When i contacted the manager she seemed defensive and adamant there isn’t much she can do because he wasn’t trained to be taking orders. After voicing my disappointment, she offered to personally give me a free meal the next morning. Instead of giving me a free meal she instead asked to scan my app and charged the meal to the app and after disputing the charge i have found my Mcdonald’s App is now banned. I recommend avoiding this place 0/10
Should’ve had an option for no star, I use to like coming to this McDonalds because it was never an issue but I don’t like the fact I paid for extra bacon knowing an order of bacon with a big breakfast is already 2 and with extra bacon you get four. Got all the way home to see that I was only served 1 strip of bacon knowing I paid an extra 2.50 for extra bacon.
