Subway - Weed

During my 500-mile drive from Sacramento, CA, to Bend, OR, I frequently stopped at Subway. I typically grabbed two sandwiches to keep in the cooler, so I could enjoy them whenever I needed a meal on the road or have one for dinner if I stayed overnight at a hotel. I was often too tired to eat while driving, so it worked out perfectly and was economical. I also appreciated the consistency across locations, with friendly staff and quick service.

I went here for lunch and the service was exceptional. The young man who handled our meal was the fastest I've ever seen—four sandwiches were ready in just a few minutes! I couldn't help but wish for our next order to come just as quickly. If only every subway restaurant operated like this!

The food is excellent, the service is attentive, and the restaurant is situated in a lovely location.

I live in weed, and after covid hit Burger King and Taco bell have become a **** show. McDonald's isn't as bad, but they are hit and miss depending on when you go. Subway on the other hand has stayed consistently fresh and clean. Not a big sandwich fan, but they're your best shot at satisfaction. (As far as fast food).
