Taco Bell - Weed

We had a terrible experience here. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. Many people who ordered after us got food before us. We inquired if our order was placed correctly since it was ordered through the kiosk. We inquired 3 times total. The employees were quite rude and would not refund any patrons orders. One woman employee seemed terribly bothered by questions; we asked for hot sauce then she told us they only had hot and mild when we could visibly see all options, when pointed out she rolled her eyes and went to get it. When we got our food it was sloppy with sauce on the packages, cold and not all the food was included. We ended up throwing half the food away because it tasted bad cold. To top it off the bathrooms were very dirty. I'll be reaching out to the manager and hope to get a refund as $20+ dollars for inedible food seems. DO NOT EAT HERE !! it is absolutely disgusting on the inside of the building. It smells like garbage,there is mold in the walk-in/freezer , there was mildew growing in the cinnamon twist buckets there's mold and mildew growing in buckets we put our clean dishes in! CORE HEALTH COMPANY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A METH ADDICT AND NICOLE QUINN THE AREA COACH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE IMPROVEMENT OF THIS PLACE. THEY'RE IS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY GOING ON ,SOME OF US DIDN'T GET PAID FOR FULL HOURS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND DIRTIEST TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN IN. I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER KATHLEEN SKEEN WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT HERSELF!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS YOU CAN!!! SHUT IT DOWN !!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. MOLD GROWING IN THE BOTTOM TRAY THAT WE SERVE SODA OUT OF IN THE DRIVE THRU AND IN THE SODA NOZZLES !!! SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Worst FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Had 3 people walk out on their order because it took 30 minutes. Your new kiosk No customer service business model does not work.
