Texas Burger - Weimar

During our trip to San Antonio, we decided to stop at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The young man who took our orders was very polite. My husband ordered the Maverick Bacon Burger combo and I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Burger combo with a chocolate ice cream dessert. Both of our combos came with seasoned fries and we requested Sprite to drink. Our food arrived quickly and was served hot, fresh, and incredibly delicious. The aroma of the food was so enticing that we couldn't resist digging in before taking any pictures. We highly recommend this restaurant!

The food is consistently amazing, with a wide variety of options on the menu. The owners themselves make sure you are well taken care of. The burgers are generously sized with delicious, homemade-tasting beef, and the bacon is thick and crispy. They use fresh scooped Blue Bell ice cream in their shakes, and any place that offers a selection of fries, tots, seasoned fries, or sweet potato fries knows how to make a perfect combo meal.
