Franz - Weimar

Very good service, great well prepared and presented food. Could almost be in Vienna as you heard the schnitzel being beaten. Unsuccessfully tried to book for a third night, but they were booked solid. So reserve now. Service was so friendly, it’s put Weimar solidly back on the must return list, just hope the same team are working. Such careful attention to everything, just enjoy the evening as the food is freshly prepared. Good well priced selection of wines. Vegetarian options: We did not have the vegetarian options, but the vegetables were well presented in our dishes and were given a prominence. Parking: The hotel has parking not sure about availability though. Wheelchair accessibility: We don’t use wheelchairs but we do have mobility issues, I would not foresee any problems with wheelchair access. Not sure about parking but it would be possible to drop off at hotel entrance.

It was a beautiful evening with exceptionally delicious super thoughtful food. The service was very attentive and very friendly. We definitely come back and can recommend it without any doubt.
