Entered and was happy to see no one in the line? but soon found out why. I asked for two bowls of white rice, and I was bitten twice again, which base I wanted. Because of a language barrier, the meat toppings were wrong, but I just went with it. After a bowl was finished, I asked for extra vegetables on the second bowl, but the container was completely empty. The second food worker looked at me and said, we? I asked if she had a back-up supply and he asked the guy behind the cooking table who replied? I don't have it anymore.? I told him I'd wait more than it was the main part of this meal. After a few minutes of them worked on other objects behind the counter, I decided to cancel only the second meal and with half of what I went there. I'm not back. Bolay is a block away.
I recommend choosing one hour before the intended arrival time if you order online. I had to wait 45 minutes for my order when I arrived. Also prepared for short-lived, rude employees. It's really not just that chipotle that goes downhill, it seems to be many at this point. Too bad because the food is still very good.
How has cooperation done nothing in this place? I don't even come here that the place is not a disaster. Always dirty, always out of something. No, no, no. For the basic material ALL THE TIME and it doesn't matter... Who runs out of forks? My wife refuses to eat here because she's afraid of getting food poisoning. There's ZERO consistency. Management must take a really close look at what their customers say and the company must visit this place.
Went to this place a few nights ago with my family, did not want to write a review, but the management must know the food was very good, but the state of the restaurant was appalling, not a table was cleaned throughout the dining room, no napkins on the filthy condiment bar, tons of garbage on the floor through the checkout, bathroom so that we did not even use them and had to go. I know they're busy, but that's not an apology that an employee keeps the dining area clean and stuffed with supplies.
