Dillingers Brasserie Bar - Wellington

The food was excellent, and I would highly recommend it if you're in the mood for a burger or ribs. The staff were very friendly as well.

I visited this restaurant with my partner over the weekend and tried the southern chicken waffles. They were absolutely delicious! The maple syrup had a hint of chili, and the chicken was perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. Honestly, these might be the best chicken waffles I've ever eaten! I would definitely return.

Though it took a little time for us to be greeted, I understood it was due to the busy atmosphere. However, we were soon shown to our table and handed menus. I ordered the pork belly, while my wife chose the 200g New York strip. The service from the kitchen was impressively quick, and our meals arrived shortly after we ordered. My wife's steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with a well-balanced chimichurri sauce. The generous side of parmesan fries ensured we wouldn't leave hungry. As for my pork belly, it was one of the best I've had. Visually stunning, the pork was incredibly tender, with the fat rendered just right and the crackling spot on. It was accompanied by smoky mashed potatoes, which were some of the best I’ve tasted and complemented the pork wonderfully. Throughout our meal, our waitress was attentive, refilling our water whenever it was nearly empty and checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. In terms of ambiance, the high-backed benches in the dining area effectively muffled some of the noise from the bar, and the music played at an ideal volume, allowing us to hear it while still being able to converse comfortably without raising our voices. I found the lighting a bit dim for my taste, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. I highly recommend Dillingers and plan to return to try more items from their menu. Massive THANK YOU to the team at Dillingers! With just a week's notice during the busiest time of the year, a party of 25 was accommodated for brunch. The food and drinks were great (think we collectively tried everything on the breakfast menu and the feedback was positive across the board , the staff were all lovely and attentive and all in all, my team had a great time. Special thanks to Emilie for her help, communication and excellent photography skills. Would highly recommend Dillingers and look forward to returning :
