Hell Pizza Cuba Street - Wellington

The most lovely staff and food ever!! I get hells every week and today I went in a had to wait a few minutes. It was no problem as they were SLAMMED, but they apologised and offered me a complimentary drink! So so lovely! The food was excellent as always and so worth the price. So many places are stingy with their toppings but hells never is ESPECIALLY this one. 10/10 every time I’ve spent half my pay check there and it feeds me for dinner and lunch the next day. Wish I caught his name but thank you for your lovely service! As someone who works in customer facing work I really appreciate kind service and I know the people you can sometimes be faced with.

Quite frankly the food is mediocre at best, the only thing saving the place is the staff. Great service, friendly and genuine.

Hey just want to say thank you for the kind friendly service and no loud blasting music. And the politeness if the staff. Especially the young man who served me. I didn't have to wait long. I haven't been there for months as I didn't like my last visit had to yell over the music and couldnt hear the person serving me. Thank you to the team tonight.

Staff was attentive to all my specifications the salad was excellent. It's mostly a takeaway place, but there is seating if you want. I was being a fan-girl of the webseries Pot Luck so I was thrilled to be there!! :D

The pizza was half burnt, the pieces of ham were chunky it almost felt like I was eating carvery, and to make all this, it took them 20 mins! 20 mins isn’t bad, but to make a lousy, burnt pizza, it is.
