Smoothie King - Wentzville

Absolutely horrible service. The two young ladies in the store were bothered that someone was in the store and were less than able to help find my order that they said never came through online. I was charged for it and had an order number. They had no idea how to make sure I knew how to get my money back or anything. They clearly have not been trained how to handle any concerns and customer satisfaction.

Had a mobile app order, took all but 2mins from the time I ordered it until I picked it up…The ladies were very friendly and welcoming.

Stood in there for 15mins, had to tell them what I ordered because they deleted the ticket because they were backed up and didn't want to get pinged by corporate. Honestly don't even bother tipping until you get your order because they might not even make it.

Sooo glad I went here for the first time ever the other day in Wentzville. Never been to a smoothie king before. They have a healthy menu and the employees were very nice!

Their smoothies are very good. The service is good and the employees are good to deal with for the most part.
