Coffeeclub Tcc - West Beach

Pre new years, the wife and I dropped by whilst shopping. On holidays, felt like brunch so went for the classic smashed avo, feta, rocket and poached egg on bread, with a flat white. Bit of a queue but lady who took order friendly. Coffee came first within around 10 minutes always nice to come with the food. The food was good. Nice balance of the ingredients and a runny egg. Enjoyed it very much! At $14 coffee, reasonable value. Wifi slow

I ordered "skip the queue" from my phone, as recommended by the staff. However, 25 minutes later, I was informed that ordering through the app actually meant I'd have to wait even longer for my meal, with an additional 35-minute wait before I would get it. I was left to wait with three hungry four-year-olds. This is very poor service!

I waited 35 minutes for my food, while my partner only received his drink, a smoothie that was tasteless despite being made with bananas, passion fruit, and mango. After 45 minutes, I had finished my meal, but my partner still hadn't received his, even though people who arrived after us were being served. When we inquired about our order, the staff couldn’t provide any information; it seemed like the kitchen had completely lost track of it. We eventually asked for a refund and left. The only positive aspect was that the staff was polite and nice.

This was the slowest service I've encountered at any coffee club, including those abroad!

Very bad experience today, wait for almost 40 minutes, and ask them twice when eating will be ready, never gave them feedback.
