Jumbo's Frozen Custard - West Bend

The food is amazing, without a doubt. My only complaint is that I downloaded the menu to order with co-workers. Each burger was about $5 and onion rings were $2.50 on the menu from their website. When I called in, I was told a larger total than I was expecting. Turns out those prices are 3 years old and there's been a 65% increase in price. I think it is about time they update that menu.

Always delicious and great variety of items to choose from.

One of the very few places left that sell grilled chicken. For a healthier choice I order it without the mayo and add mustard instead. Always friendly staff, and quick service. An added bonus is the fund raising they do for the local community! A class act all the way around!

My father brought me here when I came to visit from Puerto Rico saying how good it is and almost like Kopps burgers if u know that spot on silver spring dr. But I couldn't eat half of it I threw it out, 20 min later I was spending the rest of the night on the toilet it was disgusting so much grease I guess it was all mush the bun all mashed with a California burger. My Dad said the same very unhappy, I guess the malt was decent. But no food from there again

So I actually ended up not ordering anything here, because they didn't know what was in the smoothies. I didn't want to risk it. I avoid corn syrup and artificial dyes so I ended up just letting my husband order his ice cream vs not knowing what I might be consuming
