Panda Express - West Bend

We visited this restaurant for the first time in about 4 years. The experience was average. I originally wanted chicken and mushrooms, but there was a long wait, so I ended up ordering broccoli and beef instead. The bathroom was quite dark as two out of the three lights were burned out.

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly and genuinely nice! It was very busy tonight, but they handled it with a level of professionalism that is rare to see in younger employees. Great job!

5 months ago I gave PA a 2 star rating. You've turned around well since my last visit. The only criticism I had was the one I wanted, looked like she was sitting for a while. I asked for fresh food, and while I had to wait, the willingness of the staff to get our order fresh and complete was excellent. The food was excellent, the service was very good this visit. Stop the good work.

This restaurant is consistently good and has high-quality food! The staff is also very friendly. The dining area was closed, but they had a small sign on the door that wasn't visible until you got out of your car and walked up. However, the drive-thru was still open.
