Taco Bell - West Bend

Little to no meat on my crunchwrap. Called to let them know, but they won't even pick up the phone. Horrible service. Thought they might be getting better, but I guess not.

When to drive thru. Had to put money in a cup just to have woman working drive thru to pour money out pick in up and count it. She had gloves and mask on. What's the need for the cup? Then I was told I had to keep the cup (there trash) I told her I did not want the cup. Very rude she yelled at me and said I had to, it's the law. I said this is out of hand then took the cup never even touching her. Then another employee yelled at me and said I can't talk to her that way? Then woman at drive thru yelled at me saying if I ever hit her again she would call the cops. I said I never even touch her. She then said if I keep it up I won't get my food and get my money back. I then had enough and said give me my money back I no longer want to eat hear. She then picked up my money without the cup and gave it back. Again what is the purpose of the cup. I was then told by woman yelling at me to never come back again. Taco bell your wish is granted I will never come back again! Last what is the cup for if the person is going to take the money out and count it in her hands while wearing gloves. Can't be for her safety she is wearing gloves. I get the safety but won't be back because of the rudest. West bend WI
