My friend and I stumbled upon this place for lunch and we were really pleased with our selections. We each ordered an apple cider mixed drink that was delightful, topped with a caramel cinnamon rim, and we had a smoked ham and cheese croissant. The herb mayo in the sandwich added just the right amount of tanginess. The bistro's interior is quite charming, featuring an eclectic collection of wine that adorns the walls, creating a cozy atmosphere. Without a doubt, this was the best salmon I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. The owner, Fred, is the perfect host, with impressive wine knowledge and a knack for conversation that is rivaled only by his culinary talents. I happily make a two-hour drive just to enjoy a meal here.
