I had to wear the baby and put the stairs up. through the department downstairs it was like an attempt to run through a jungle. we finally came to our table, which was covered in what was like baked eating and spikel and on the chairs. I am aware that soft areas of play are loud, but that was more than that. I took the baby down to play in the under 3’s section that was a tiny cage. there were not many activities he could play with. the baby mirror in there was dirty, the ball pit was overcrowded. to get on the slide, it was an ascent and with a baby it proves impossible. older children came to the baby area and scared him and left the tor open I was angry. the sinne toys were broken. a 7-year-old girl was in there and also poured on him and I had a jump on her mother and told them to get her out. I told a worker and they didn't do anything about it. there he also had a lunch that looked cheap and processed. you could literally see how the fat drains. you may take the babies apparently into the older children's playground, but I was immediately away when I saw the dirt on some of the children's socks and the advice they run around! to make this a better place, they really need to add a lift, make a better playground for babies, make more friendly and helpful staff, healthier eating, clean the place and maybe even give it to him. to fun factory her game up, I'm sure I won't go back. unless they want their babies to have a day in the worst game area of all time, they don't come here!
The main area seems like a lot of fun for kids, but it may be overwhelming for younger children as there is only a small play area. The food and drinks are decent, but a bit pricey.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and kids really enjoy the play area. They had a blast on the bouncy castle and zip line outside. It's a great deal for the price.
During a rainy day visits our celebrations. young, I wish I hadn't knocked this place! the worst soft play area for a small child they could wish. it was clear that the place was out of control and at maximum capacity to be fair. but it was also dangerous for our 3 years old that was met twice by many older children! the toilets were a scandal for youthful with urine on the whole floor and resembled an ice ring it was so dangerous, hardly personal very concerned. not sure
Decided to go here today after a recommendation from a friend, although after reading the reviews I was slightly put off by the comments but I decided to try it for myself and I'm so glad I did. The staff were very friendly. Everywhere was...really clean one member of staff even came and wiped our table as we sat down. All of the children (8,5,2 1) all loved it. The food which was all home cooked was really nice and there was a lot of choice. I can't recommend this place enough and we will definitely be returning in the near future.
