There were five of us and we all shared two boxes of cheesy chips together, I can't comment on the drinks that the others had but the cheesy chips were very nice. Good position sizes although could have been a little bigger but the chips were nice and there was plenty of grated cheese on top I expect it would have been even better if it was melted slightly! There were plenty of places to sit and eat with nice views over the beach. The only negative comment from a family member was that the staff were a little slow serving the drinks but the food was ready pretty quickly and it was hot which was the main thing! A good little place to stop for a quick drink and something to eat.....
This charming café is located by the sea and near the harbor, offering fantastic views and welcoming staff. Although I only had a cup of tea, the food appeared and smelled delicious as well.
This isn't a proper chippy. Check the photos of other users and you'll see straight cut chips, and small pieces of fish. If you're after cafe food, fine, but keeping going if you want proper chips. The chips were bland, the fish watery and thin.
From joining the take out queue to receiving the food it took 55 minutes and wasn’t worth waiting for. Staff were friendly but overwhelmed.
The food at this restaurant was terrible and overpriced! The chips were dry and the sausage was burnt. At £8, it was definitely not worth it. If I had been there when my husband picked up the food, I would have asked for a refund. Unfortunately, we ended up throwing half of it away.
