Wagamama - West Dorset

We arrived at Wagamama's around 7:30 in the evening, during peak hours. We only had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for a table. When we were seated, we were warmly greeted by Dan, who went above and beyond in helping us decide what to order. He offered his own recommendations and patiently answered all of our questions, even as we were indecisive. His exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience, and without him, we may have only given the restaurant a 3-star rating at best.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with my friend before leaving town. The food and service were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The staff were all fantastic, but a special thank you to our server Enya for being incredibly friendly and helpful. She made sure we felt well taken care of during our entire visit.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. The food is consistently delicious. However, I found it unnecessary for a trained staff member to take my order simply because I requested rice noodles due to my gluten intolerance. While I understand the need for precautions, I believe they could be a bit more relaxed when customers specify they are not allergic or have Celiac disease.

What an excellent place and such really lovely attentive staff , especially Dom who was cheerful and so professional. Loved the outside searing and food perfect
