I gave a star for the taste of coffee and another because the place was clean. Went in and ordered 2 decaf lattes with extra shots. Once they were made the lady called out the order no mention of decaf. . I asked ?Those are decaf right?? She made a horrible face and snatched the cups back and walked off. She was rude and I guess I was bothering her conversation with her coworkers by existing. There was no apology which I can live with. I honestly was mind boggled that sheworks with the public. She was that bad! When I finally got the coffees there was no extra shot. To make matters worse, it was scalding hot. I expect it to be very hot but we both burned our tongues with the smallest sip. This felt like oldschool- don?t send your food back because they will spit in. Sadly due to this young lady we will never go back to this establishment.

Meeting a friend there to talk and catch up. Planning to try the S.Free White Chocolate Caramel Frappe that was highly recommended. Waited on my friend for few minutes and the noise level was unbearable due to teenagers gathered around the couch area. They were laughing and talking so loud that we decided to leave and find a much quieter place to talk. Very unfortunate.

The hot chocolate was amazing! Starbucks has nothing on this place. They were playing some chill 90s jams. They support Blue Ridge Safehouse.

We were visiting from out of town and loved coming here! They have a wonderful atmosphere and so many fun, yummy drinks!

Love Love LOVE finding local coffee shops when traveling and this one is a true gem! Spacious building with lots of seating and beautiful artwork hanging on the walls. Best part, some of the best most yummiest drinks ever! We got the iced and blended (frappe) pumpkin spice latte.
