Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I haven't used Papa Murphy's in a long time- my kids prefer Domino's- but I was really happy with the service here. I used a school coupon and the young men behind the counter were very sweet and fast. We picked up two family size pizzas- my only complaint would be to bake the regular crust separate. The instructions said top rack while the thin goes on the bottom but that wasn't enough time (or space) in my gas connection oven for the reg crust to cook through- we had to cook an additional 10 by itself to avoid dough in the middle.

Great pizza, cooking it at home and nice and fresh. Tasty, their New York style is brilliantly done, very tasty, delicious.

I've read lots of reviews that were negative and I don't understand. I've never had a problem when ordering and picking up my pizzas. The pizzas always look great. I usually order the 5 meat stuffed pizza. It's always good. Can't remember a time that I didn't enjoy it. And the price seems fair. I usually order on Tuesdays because they have their Tuesday $10 pizza deal or something like that. It's great. I think I upgrade my pizza to the family size and it's like $13. But that's a great price to feed a family. If it's hit and miss at this location, then I must just be lucky every time.Kid-friendliness: They do have fun themes every once in a while. And they have pizza kits for kids. I think they're like 5 dollars.

Messed up my order but fixed it pretty fast. Pretty pricy for dairy/gluten

They were so unprofessional and disorganized when I got my pizza at 830. I forgot the 2 2 liters and instead of reversing it he tells me he can't do anything because it takes a manager's approval. I guess that seems OK, but how do you trust somebody to close your store but not issue a simple return?I did specifically ask if they got the extra sauces and he assured me they were inside... so guess Wray lol no they weren't! 4 bucks lost in no sauce, and another 7 on drinks I never received.....Man I was just looking for a quick fix to my long day and I can't even enjoy it. The calzone is so thin with hardly any meat, all in all it was a terrible experience.
