Domino's Pizza - West Memphis

We eat Dominos once or twice a week at home. Tried this Dominions despite the bad reviews since it was the closest one. That was a mistake! Bread sticks were burnt and hard as a rock. The Cinnamon Sticks were the same. Meanwhile the pizza was cool tolukewarm at best. Worst Domino's experience I've had. We love Dominos, but this location earns it's bad reviews.

Went in to order my husband didn't realize the girl taking the order was new she would ask him what he wanted and when he'd tell her the other girl would stop her from keying it in so the girl would ask can I help you again the lady training got attitudealong with my husband he finally asked her could he talk I understand employees have to be taught but their trainer should beside by side with them where they can watch and practice on some with trainer there

The Dominos in West Memphis AR. Customer service is terrible!!!! The delivery driver was rude and when I asked to check my pizza to ensure it was not cold she handed me the bag to take the boxes out myself and when I asked her if she was going to take theboxes out of the bag she stated you can do it I waited over an 1 1/2 for the order. I informed the driver I did not want thepizza, I called the store at 9:18 and I am still waiting, not to mention someone hung the phone up prior to so I had to callback and Im still waiting for someone to answer. The manager name is Mindy. I used my card and im requesting a refund and it isnow 9:41 and still no one will answer the phone. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

The Brooklyn style pizza was good. I love how it folds into a sandwich almost. I felt like John Travolta eating a slice in the Staying Alive , movie, while walking to the job.

I came in yesterday and had a very pleasant lady greet me with an energetic personality. Everyone in the back was working hard. My pizza was fresh and hot. Great experience!
