Dunkin' - West Springfield

The staff were very polite, but my dark roasted coffee was stale. They happily replaced it, and I also ordered a large mug for $9.99. However, I never received a receipt for my purchase.

Unfortunately, the donuts were stale and there weren't many options available.

I waited in line for 9 minutes and ended up leaving without ordering anything!

This place surpasses all the other local Dunkin' locations. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and, most importantly, they serve excellent coffee. I've stopped going to any other Dunkin' around here and chose this one, even though it’s a bit farther for me. It’s absolutely worth it!
