Smokin' Scoops - West Springfield

The ice was so refreshing, and the water was incredible! I would definitely come back and even sell my soul for another glass. Not sure why anyone wouldn't like the water - they probably don't know their grammar either!

This restaurant is fantastic! The ice cream here is some of the best I've ever had. They are super pet-friendly, and my dog loved the pup cup they gave him. The service is great, and the concept and space are really cool. The outdoor and indoor areas are both top-notch, and the terrace even has heating. It's truly a hidden gem in Western Mass - you should definitely check it out!

This restaurant is excellent! The food is incredible and the customer service is top-notch. The owners clearly care about their business and it shows. They offer a variety of drinks, including delicious cocktails with or without alcohol, and have a full bar both inside and outside. The atmosphere is cozy with a fireplace, heating, and music. And the best part? They have a great selection of beers.

Creamy and velvety is how I would describe the ice cream at Smoking Scoops. I had coffee ice cream with the bubble cone. Perhaps next time I would get the bubble cone on the side so I could just dip into the ice cream. Wonderful coffee flavor for sure. Bubble cone was warm and crisp with what I think was a hint of cinnamon sugar. Delicious. Vanilla shake with homemade whipped cream was also delicious.

The first time trying out this Ice cream place. It was amazing!!! Very flavorful and the best Ice cream I’ve had in a long time. They make it in front of you using something that made it smoke lol may or may not be (nitrogen) not sure. The place was pretty neat, clean, they even have a bar area inside. Definitely will go again!
