Arby's - West Wendover

When we returned to our hotel and opened the bag, we found a beef pita wrap loaded with onions—something my wife and I couldn't eat due to her allergy. I called the Arby’s location and spoke with a staff member, explaining that our order was incorrect. Unfortunately, he was very defensive, lacked any apology, and was outright rude, insisting that we hadn’t made a mistake. When I requested the manager's name, he brusquely refused, saying, “No, you’re not getting that, bro!” and hung up on me. A simple acknowledgment of the error and an offer to make it right would have sufficed, but instead, he treated us like we were at fault for ordering food that they messed up. It's disheartening to see such poor customer service in a small town. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior toward paying customers.

The service was good, but Sammy was just average. I tried the Philly cheesesteak, and while it was edible, it didn't quite measure up to what you'd expect from a real Philly. It tasted more like something you would microwave at home rather than a sandwich from a reputable Philly establishment.

Really bad experience here, I went through drive through and 2 of the 3 things I ordered were wrong. The burger that I ordered which was the only thing they got the right item was cold. I went back inside and asked to get a fresh burger and the correctitems for the other two items. But they could not do that, it would take 30 minutes to make a fresh burger they said. I asked toget my money back which I got but there was no apology or comment at all for their bad service

I give 5 stars for service: the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, maintained their composure, and were genuinely friendly even when dealing with difficult customers. They managed those situations remarkably well. Great job!

We consider two cases (for most people): You are travelling west, having just left the 50 miles of boring nothing. You really want a place to get junk food and a soda, and this is a relief. Second possibility is you are travelling east. This is a goodplace to stop and prepare yourself for the 50 miles of boring nothing that lay ahead of you.
