Super bad experience.Food and Atmosphere were goodBut service was pretty bad.... The staff were so Facebooking or whatsapping that I have to even whistle them to let them know we and 2 other groups were ready to be seatedThe same to pay the check....Our server JESSICA were like out of this world.I think servers always just to be attentive to customers

Cold coffee, cold food and bad/slow service. This is probably the worst place in wendover. It is kinda cozy tho.

Oh my, we gambled going here without reading yelp! We walked up to the restaurant and paused to read the menu. No priced listed?! I made the joke to my hubby, if you need to know prices, ya cant afford this place A guy carrying in his drink from the casino floor, said, naw, this place has cheap prices . Having had decent food in a casino before and starving, we decided to go for it. Heck, just wanted comfort food items like tenders and fish n chips, can 't be too bad or too pricey??Oh, it can.. I think it is just all very bland frozen burned type foods and greasy. The only saving grace on the meal was a homemade dipping sauce. My hubby had fajitas that were edible/ok, just all very bland. Also, its located in the smoking side of the casino and is a smoking restaurant, so after a bit you 'll feel those scratchy throat effects. When we got the bill, I was very shocked at the appetizer price $13.39 for lil tenders? $27 for lame fajitas?! Also s restaurant surcharge?! Not cheap, not even market price and not worth these prices or fees!The only good was our professional server, he even gave us chips and salsa as we waited and he was always attentive. Its not his fault the restaurant hides the prices, serves sad food, it truly felt a part of the sad gambling business, Im not into it at all! Don 't be lazy, walk outside this place snd find dinner, buyer be warned!

I can't understand why they took away the menus. 80% of your customers are elderly. Most don't understand how to scan a code to find a menu. This used to be our go-to spot to eat. With the extreme price increase, slow service, and lack of employees our group will not be back. Also watching your servers hanging out at tables with family and friends was too much. Most wouldn't care, but when you wait for 20 min to get your order taken all the while they are hanging out with their kids, friends, and family. Is not a good look at all.
