Nugget Buffet - West Wendover

The room was very disappointing considering the price paid. There was no hot water and it was not clean, with a towel even having blood on it. The rooms were dirty and had holes in the walls. Overall, the room score would be 1 out of 5. The service and location scored a 3 out of 5.

The restaurant wasn't too busy and the drinks were served quickly. Room and service were rated 4 out of 5, as well as the location.

I won something at this restaurant, but there was a sewage smell. The overall rating for the rooms, service, and location is 3 out of 5.

Our room was abhorrent. A very large stain on the carpet right at the door. Wallpaper peeling in several places, 8 holes in the bathroom wall where someone failed miserably to mount the towel bar. The bed was mediocre, but after driving 600 miles we would have slept on a bed of straw. All the employees were outstanding, kind and helpful but there wasn’t much they could do about the condition of the room. We got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning. This has become my favorite casino in Wendover. It has a laid back vibe. The staff are all really nice and happy to help. The rooms are clean and updated, WAY better than the rooms across the street. The employees on the floor with keys to the machines are always fun to talk to. They just seem upbeat and happy. The servers are good and quick. Vaida is the BEST. I've seen her troubleshoot a problem during a slot tournament so it went on without interruption. Calm a belligerent man down and get him to walk away from the bar before anything got out of hand. And put creative ideas together for customers (other places I've been have felt cheap, gimmicky and some of them were kind of weird tbh). She's extremely professional and personable. Thanks everyone at this casino. Walkability: Walkability inside: east. The casino is mainly on 1 level. Theres plenty of wheelchair accessible, flat entrances and exits. There's a few staircases but they are easy to avoid if you wish. Walkability outside: There's another casino across the street. Gas stations, a few places to eat (including a taco truck) within 1-2 minutes of walking. The other casinos are a little way down the street but there's a shuttle that takes you there if you want.
