The food is fantastic! I visit this restaurant at least once a week and I always appreciate the quick service, though it could be a bit friendlier.

I'm incredibly disappointed with this restaurant. It's astonishing how dirty these establishments are permitted to be. You're serving people, not animals.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. When I received my meal, I found long, black hair balls mixed in with my rice noodles. It was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the restaurant as soon as I walked in. I would not recommend this place at all.

The crispy noodles are delightful, and the pho is excellent. Additionally, the customer service has seen significant improvement. Food rating: 5.
