Everybody seems to be happy to be there and happy to see you as well. The food is great, there's nothing I would not recommend! I'll be coming back all the time!Parking: While Santiago's does not have its own parking lot, the one-way Street that it is cornered on has a parking lot on it that has free 3-hour parking. There were plenty of spaces, even on a Saturday afternoon!
Amazing food and awesome atmosphere! The pork chops are the best I've ever had.
Spanish food at its best. Authentic and yummy. They serve beer and wine. Inside is decorated fun and quirky. Get the tres leches cake for dessert.
I have tried various Puerto Rican restaurants and have been disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is often under seasoned and bland. I met a friend here last night for dinner. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners. I got the tostones, the chicken and vegetables which came with beans and rice and the flan. I was blown away by the quality of the food. It was nicely seasoned and very flavorful. Their flan is to do die for. If you want to try PR food for the first time, this is the place. I was told that only three people cook here the father, the mother, and the son so the food is consistent every time you come. The food prices are very reasonable and you will not leave hungry. Only disappointment is that the roast pork is only available on Friday and Saturday. As we were told, it will give us an excuse to come back! And yes, we will!
The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The fried pork chop was so crispy and the meat melted like butter once you bite into it. There was nothing to take back home cause it was finished before you knew it. Don’t forget to ask for their homemade hot sauce! best drizzled on alcalpurria!! . Stop by and dine here for that authentic well seasoned Puerto Rican food!
