Mr. Mac's Macaroni Cheese Westford

I found this restaurant to be highly overrated and excessively priced. I ordered delivery, but they only sent half of my order and showed no concern about it. Now, we’re left without dinner, and since everything is closed, we're out of luck. When I spoke to the manager, he dismissed my concerns, claiming they were understaffed and busy, which was not my problem. He didn’t offer any compensation, like a gift card, and made it clear that it wasn't his concern since the order was through DoorDash. It was quite frustrating, and his attitude only escalated the situation. I will not be returning, nor will anyone I know, as he did not represent the business well at all.

The service was incredibly quick, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection.

If you love mac and cheese, Mr. Mac's is the place to be! You can choose from their house specials or create your own masterpiece. The customization options are endless—add extra cheese sauce, breadcrumbs, and choose from gluten-free or dairy-free options. They offer three sizes: small, medium, and large, and let me tell you, the large portion can easily feed three people! While you can't order it to-go, they do offer meal-sized pans for catering or family gatherings. Mr. Mac's is definitely one of the best mac and cheese spots around, with multiple locations (though, as a mac and cheese enthusiast, I really wish there was one in Methuen!).

The Bacon Cheddar Mac n Cheese was delicious. My daughter and I got a medium and couldn't finish it. They were able to put the cracker crumbles on the side instead of all on it so I can put what I want on my portion.
