The Outlook At Nashoba Valley

Extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. The staff has absolutely no idea what their doing, our order was wrong, she forgot to ring items in, food came out burnt but not before the runner went to every other table and delivered our food so there is clearly no knowledge of table numbers. They need be more properly trained and professional. The seasonal cocktails are just a mix of bull that don’t make for a good drink. Was no pleased with service, food or staff and will not return.

My experience at The Outlook Restaurant tonight was horrible. Started with calling in our order, finding out they took the items we wanted off the menu, no biggie. Ordered other items and they were all terrible to the point we didn't eat them. My Mediterranean Chicken tasted bad and the pasta was hard as a rock. The french onion soup tasted like water. The baked potato was ordered loaded and came with nothing. My toddler had a kids meal with a chocolate milk and the milk was spoiled and absolutely disgusting. Very unhappy with everything we received tonight. Will be trying to contact management as well. Their excuse when I called about all this? We are closing the restaurant after this weekend. Really? That shouldn't mean all your food is inedible!

Mid afternoon, very cold. We don't ski,but wanted to view the white snow and sunshine. Had a few cocktails, wonderful sandwiches, (turkey wrap and the burrito , yummy onion rings)great service.a lovely place to spend a winter afternoon. We will return

The staff (waiters and hostesses) were very nice, and the two stars belong to them. Other than that, the experience was extremely underwhelming. The music was way too loud. The menu consisted of overpriced cocktails, which is to be expected in the Seaport. There were only 10 food options, all of them terrible, and the one thing we ordered (poutine) was a box of fries with a single slab of cheese on top. If you don't like any of the ten TERRIBLE food options, you're out of luck because you're stuck with a $50 charge if you try to leave.

Been coming since 2016 so 4yrs now. I have one slight complaint. The pumpkin Martini was horrible! Normally it's a parfait or puree mix very delicious. we always look forward to our traditional October retreat for witches woods then after food our special toast pumpkin martini with our group. We come from Warwick RI. But this time around our favorite drink through us off. We'd love it if you could get that delicious taste back we were missing. Sad it was a disappointment we really enjoy coming up. Sincerely.....
