Then it looked like they were putting the money back and then taking it out again. I went to the bank and they gave me a print-out. Called them and told them I was calling the police if they didn't put the money back and they did. When I stopped by their location at a specific time the owner said they would be there, he never showed. The person at the desk told me that I wasn't the first one to complain. BE VERY CAREFUL. I WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE THEY TRY TO ROB YOU.
Or favorite pizza place. Love the fresh ingredients and the crispy crust. Always delivered hot.
I used to really enjoy Pizzabolis and would order from them at least twice a week, but recently customer service has really gone downhill. The last time I ordered, I asked the person taking my order to add a 20% tip for the driver. When he arrived, they hadn't added any tip, and the driver was angry. Thankfully, I had cash. Tonight I ordered, and the person taking my order added a 40% tip without my authorization. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the new policy is that everyone pays a $10 tip no matter if they order $5 or $200 worth of food. This is ridiculous, and to do this without telling someone is illegal. I'd also hate to be the driver who delivered a $200 order and only got a $10 tip! I told the manager that I'm a 20% tipper, which is the standard and he told me to find another place to order from in the future. Ok then...

Initially when I ordered from them over six months ago, the food was prepared well and delivery was fast. Then the quality of the food started going downhill. You would ask for something specifically done and it would it not come that way. If you called about it, they were unresponsive. Then recently I received a credit in May for both purchases from last March! I called the bank who checked and was told that this was accurate. Two days later they submitted the same invoices to be charged again and then two days later, they were charged again. I went to the bank for a readout of the activity and it was clearly coming from them. The bank advised that I go to their place of business and show the Manager who was not interested in dealing with it. The bank had to take the money bank and I will have to get a new card so this doesn't happen again. Obviously I will never use them again.
