Saltgrass Steak House Westminster

I went to Saltgrass a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience. My server was Mike and he was absolutely great, especially for my first time getting there. Every time he came around he was super friendly, helped me understand the menu as a first-timer , and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. And, this is while it seemed like he was waiting multiple other tables. I also overheard another table compliment him on his service, if that helps illustrate how great of a server he was. We also had others check in on us, which was also nice. I clearly don 't know all of the servers, but can definitely recommend Mike as someone you should ask for! The atmosphere was nice. The lighting was great and it seemed like everyone around me was having a pretty good time (not too loud, but not uncomfortably quiet). All of the staff I saw seemed like they were in pretty good moods, as well as the people dining on the night I went. Very clean and staff immediately cleared tables. The food was so good. I had the ribeye--it was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. We also had the bread before and that was also really good. Everything came out faster than I expected for both the restaurant type and the number of people there. All to say, I would recommend checking this place out!

My wife and i have been coming here ever since we had a terrible experience at a different steakhouse chain. The food has been fantastic each time. Justin has been our server several times and has exceeded all expectations. Better than outback in terms of food and better than texas roadhouse in terms of atmosphere!

Get Pat's ribeye for you, and the chicken sliders for the kids. Chicken tortilla soup is also fantastic.

Very nice, met with old friends, bar staff was amazing, wait staff, very attentive and organized, overall great experience.
