The most disappointing Smashburger experience I've ever had; The restaurant is a mess, the menus aren't working, and the service was abysmal.I ordered two burgers, one with a gluten free bun. After I had already paid for it, I was informed that they were out of gluten free buns, and offered me a lettuce wrap instead. Having already paid, I begrudgingly accepted the lettuce wrap, but asked for a refund on the GF bun upcharge. After 5 minutes on the phone while fumbling with the point of sale, the worker refunded me for the entire burger. I assumed the full refund was for my trouble, as many food service businesses would do. However, when my food was finally ready, they had not prepared the substitute burger at all, leaving me with no food and without the time to wait for anything new to be prepared.
Do NOT use this location for catering orders! They cancelled our order on the day of (by text message) when we were schedule to host a party that was feeding 50+ people. When we went in to figure out how to remedy it the cook and staff was very rude and did nothing to make it right.
Great service, overall good burger. Burger just a tad salty.
The resturant was dirty. We washed our own table. Move baskets left on table to other dirty tables. Over cooked fries, they did replace fries but rest of meal was cold by then. Would not reco.mend going on the weekend unless you are taking it home. Lots of eye rolling.
